IT and systems at the Academy

Username and password

New students must create a password and log in to our IT systems at home before study start. You can only log in once you receive your temporary password about 1 week before study start. The message with your password will be sent via email or Digital post (if you have this). When you are ready to log in, you can use the video guides here

When you start studying at the Academy, you will get a careful introduction to all the Academy’s systems.

Requirements for your computer

Wi-fi

You can connect to the Academy’s wireless network in all our buildings. 

Intranet and learning platform

By study start, you will be introduced to our intranet for students called Study Update. Study Update is where you will find important information from the administration, e.g. exam schedules, study and career counselling, canteen info and news from the library. 

By study start, you will also be introduced to our digital learning platform Canvas. Canvas is also available as an app for iOs and Android. On Canvas, you will find your overall schedule and info from the lecturers about your programme, e.g. lecture schedules, course materials etc.

E-mail address

You will get our own personal Academy e-mail address. You will get personal messages from the Student Office and your teachers by e-mail. We recommend that you check your Academy e-mail every day in order not to miss important information.

Print and copy

Printers and copy machines are available at the Academy for payment. You can check your printing account and add funds to the account on print.eaaa.dk
