With the subject ‘Project Management in Practice’, you will learn all the basic skills of project management.
With this subject, you will learn all the basic skills of project management. You will increase your project management skills, so that you will become a competent and professional project manager or employee who can initiate, implement and complete your organisation’s projects.
A subject for current & future project managers
‘Project Management in Practice’ is for current and future project managers and employees who have projects as part of their job functions. You will get the knowledge and tools to manage projects from start to finish.

Target group
At the moment, we only offer our subjects in English for company groups. Unfortunately, these subjects are not for students or people that do not live in Denmark.

Once you have taken this subject, you will be able to:
- analyse the prerequisites and framework for setting-up the project’s managerial basis
- use appropriate tools to manage a project
- recognise the basic management tools in a project management context.
Teaching based on practical learning
The basis of the teaching is your daily life. It is therefore important that you are active and contribute with your own experience. Your learning transpires through combination, where you get new knowledge through presentations and reflection – and not least through sparring in smaller groups.
Exam and ECTS
You end the process with a written project report and an oral exam, which has based on a business case. You will be marked according to the Danish 7-point scale. 'Project Management in Practice' gives 10 ECTS.
