Guidelines on which attachments you must upload with your application - Bachelor's top-up programme

You must upload attachments as documentation for the information stated in your application. It is your responsibility to upload all required documentation.

You must upload all documentation with your application before the application deadline.

Applicants with an AP Degree from Denmark

Required attachments:

  • Qualifying AP degree diploma
  • English test results or documentation of English at Danish B level from your upper secondary exam (not necessary if you have a Danish AP degree taught in English). See which English tests we accept here
  • If you are applying for several programmes, you must upload a document in which you indicate your order of priorities. It is not possible to have two different programmes as your 1st priority.

You must upload your final diploma (a transcript of records is not enough) with your application before 1 July - even if you studied your AP at Business Academy Aarhus. Only once we have received this document, can we proceed with evaluating your application.

If you apply before you have received your diploma, you must upload your diploma no later than 1 July via the link in your receipt email.

Applicants without a qualifying AP Degree

Required attachments:

  • Qualifying educational diploma (for example AP or Bachelor’s Degree)
  • English test results or documentation of English at Danish B level from your upper secondary exam (not necessary if you have a Danish AP degree taught in English). See which English tests we accept here
  • CV with educational experience and relevant courses with documentation
  • Proof of professional experience acquired after passing your qualifying examination
  • Proof of other relevant competencies
  • Motivational letter
  • If you are applying for several programmes, you must upload a document in which you indicate your order of priorities. It is not possible to have two different programmes as your 1st priority.

Please note that all attachments (except your qualifying educational diploma) documenting the above must be in English.
